I’m Jasmine, the founder of JD Coaching.

For years, I struggled with my self-image and confidence. I was shy, anxious, and often doubted myself. It even took me a long time to build up the courage to step into a gym and even longer to walk into the weights area.

But once I did, everything started to change.

Through strength training and building healthier habits, I developed confidence I never knew I had. For the first time, I felt strong, capable, and proud of myself.

That experience completely changed my life, and it’s the reason JD Coaching exists today.

Now, our mission is to help other women experience that same transformation.

Through our coaching, we help women lose body fat, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies again - without spending hours in the gym or giving up their social life.

Our coaching goes far beyond just workouts and meal plans. We provide personalised guidance, structure, and accountability so you can build sustainable habits that transform not just your body, but your confidence and lifestyle too.
